MRS. FRANCIS JOHNSTON

CHOUDRANT - Funeral services for Mrs. Francis Johnston, 56, of Choudrant
were held today at the New Hope Baptist Church in Choudrant with the
Rev. Roger Green officiating.

Burial was in the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction
of Kilpatrick's Funeral Home in Ruston.

Mrs. Johnston died Saturday, February 13, 1988 at her residence. She was
a native of Marion and was a Ruston resident for the past 42 years. Mrs.
Johnston was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in
Ruston.

She is survived by her husband Neil Johnston of Choudrant, Louisiana;
three sons: Johnny Johnston and Robert Johnston both of Choudrant,
Louisiana; and Reagan Johnston of Ruston, Louisiana; three daughters
Betty Boyte and Brenda Harris both of Ruston, Louisiana; and Nancy
Calhoun of Dubach, Louisiana; one brother Billy Reppond of West Monroe,
Louisiana and five grandchildren.
