(page three) Mrs. Caroline Jones, Ninety-Eight Years Old. Buried Today;
	There is being laid to her final rest this afternoon in Zion Hill 
Cemetery, in Winn Parish, Mrs. Caroline Jones, aged ninety-eight years, five 
months and ten days, the oldest inhabitant of her parish, who within a few 
days of her rather sudden death near Montgomery, LA was one of the most active 
women of her community. 
	Mrs. Jones is survived by two hundred and sixty descendants including 
five generations, her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-
great grandchildren. 
	Among the granddaughters are Mrs. W. R. Sharman and Mrs. Kenneth 
Hightower of Ruston, who with their families left this afternoon to attend the 
funeral rites for their venerable kinswoman.
