JERRY WESLEY JONES

CALHOUN – Jerry Wesley Jones passed away on December 29, 2025, in Mount Vernon, 
Texas.

Born September 19, 1944, in Choudrant, Louisiana, he is survived by his wife 
Nina Faye Martin Jones; sister-inlaw, Mary Helen Land Jones; son, Dr. Jonathan 
Jones; son- in- law, Dr. Chad Wardrup; daughter, Suzanne Anderson and 
grandchildren.

A celebration of life and funeral will be held January 10, 2026, at Douglas 
Church, 1642 LA-821, Ruston, Louisiana at 10 a.m.
