MATTOX

 Funeral services for R.B. Mattox, 69, of Choudrant, will be held
at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 14,1999 at the St. Rest Baptist Church in
Ruston.  Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m. today at the B.E.
King Chapel in Ruston. Burial will be in the St. Rest Cemetery
under the direction of King's Funeral Home.  Mattox died Aug. 7,
1999 in Ruston.
