J. S. McBride
Services Today

     John Sherwood McBride, 79, died Saturday evening at his
residence in Ruston following a sudden illness.
     Services are scheduled for today at 3 p.m. in First Baptist
Church in Ruston with Dr. Dan Day officiating.  Burial is to be in
Forest Lawn Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home
of Ruston.
     Mr. McBride is survived by a brother, William A. McBride, Sr.
of Shreveport.
