JESSE CLAUDE JR. NOLAN

Funeral services for Jesse Claude Nolan, Jr, age 85, of Ruston will be held 
Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home 
in Ruston. Officating the service will be Rev. Jeremy Jones.

Mr. Nolan was born December 21, 1928 and passed away April 13, 2014 following 
a lengthy illness.

Jesse Claude Nolan Jr. was born in Baton Rouge where he graduated from 
University High and LSU with a degree in Philosophy. He earned a Master's 
degree in Counseling from Louisiana Tech after a long career as a commercial 
property underwriter. He always enjoyed buying rental property.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents Jesse Claude Nolan and Alice Brown 
Nolan as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. He is survived by his beloved 
wife, Margaret Norwood Nolan, his devoted son Jesse Jones Nolan II and wife 
Andrea, his loving daughter Sara Nolan Ford, and his grandsons Michael 
Alexander Ford and Jesse Jones Nolan III. He also leaves behind his son's 
mother, Adelaide Hull Nolan, sister-in- law Mary Jane Bailey and husband 
Harold and many loving “Nolan cousins”. Jesse loved the Lord, and he loved LSU 
football. The family expresses its gratitude to the wonderfully kind and 
caring people who helped Jesse these last months.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.
