Ruston, LA

RUSTON, LA - Services for Nola Faye Leggett Norris, age 79, of Ruston,
LA will be 2:00 PM Sunday, April 2, 2000 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home
Chapel, in Ruston, LA. Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery in -
Choudrant, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mrs. Norris died March 31, 2000 in Ruston, LA.

Mrs. Norris was a member of Forest Glade Baptist Church.  She was
retired from the State Welfare Office in Monroe. She was preceded in
death by her parents Ralph and Mattie Leggett and her husband Larkin
Norris.

Survivors include her brother: Wexler Leggett and wife Flora Nell of
Farmerville,LA; neph-ews: Jimmy Leggett of Farmer-ville, LA and Woody
Leggett and wife Sandra of Ruston, LA; niece: Becky Dugdale and hus-band
Duane of Ruston, LA; three great nieces; three great nephews; two step
grandchildren; one step  great grandchild; and two special friends:
Maurine Campbell and Katherine Rogers.

Pallbearers will be Chad Leggett, Cade Leggett, Jason Owen, Jason
Barrett and Jay Johnson.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 Saturday April 1, 2000 at the
funeral home.

Memorials may be made to New Hope Cemetery.
