                     Charles Roulston Odom

Charles Roulston Odom, 72, of Ruston, LA died Sunday, September 26,
1999 in Shreveport, LA after a brief illness.

Local arrangements are under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral
Home of Ruston.

Mr. Odom was a member of the Philadelphia Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Millie Odom of Ruston, LA;
a sister, Wilda Waller & husband, Jimmy of Mobile, AL; a brother-
in-law, George Saucer of Pensacola, FL; and several nieces and
nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday,
September 27, 1999 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA.

Service and interment will be conducted by Freeman's Funeral Home
in Waynesboro, MS.
