Howard Otwell

Services for Florence R. (Blue) Howard Otwell, 92, lifelong resi-dent of the 
Mineral Springs Com-munity, will be held at 2 p.m. Sat-urday, February 19, 2000, 
at Mineral Springs Baptist Church with Rev.  Michael Sammons officiating.

Interment will be in Mineral Springs Cemetery under the di-rection of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mrs. Otwell died Thursday, February 17, 2000, in Bernice, after a brief illness.  
She was a longtime member of the Mineral Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded 
in death by her husband Owens Otwell, Sr.

Survivors include two daugh-ters, Margie Brown and Donna Foster, both of Dubach; 
five sons, Billy Mack Otwell, Paul Dean Otwell and Harold Otwell, all of Dubach, 
James Prentice Otwell of Calhoun, and Roger Dale Otwell  of  Ft.  Smith, Ark., 19 
grandchil-dren; numerous great-grandchil-dren; several great-great-grand-children; 
and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Memorials may be made to the Mineral Springs Baptist Church.

Family will receive friends Friday, February 18, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
