RUSTON, LA - Graveside services for Elgis Kathryn Rogers Park, 84,
of Ruston, LA will be held at 10 AM Saturday, February 19, 2000 in
Pines Memorial Cemetery with Rev.  P. J. Boyd officiating under the
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

She died February 16, 2000 in Weatherford, TX following a lengthy
illness.

Mrs. Park was a member of Barnette Springs Baptist Church.  She was
retired from Ruston State School after many years of service.  She
was preceded in death by her husband Leland, an unnamed infant
daughter, and her sister Faye Blanton.

Survivors include two sons: Leland Ralph and wife Sybil of White
Settlement, TX and George Rogers Park and wife Ruth of Plano, TX;
one daughter Kathryn Elgis and husband Daniel Duminski of Westlake,
LA; one grandson: Barry Wayne Park; five granddaughters: Lisa K.
Williams, Talley Joy Park, Kimberly Jo Park, Laura Elgis Darce,
Lenny Michelle Fast; nine great grandchildren; and one step-great-
grandchild; two brothers: James T. Rogers, Jr. of Dubach, LA;
Mayther A. Rogers and wife, Mary of Bishop, TX; numerous nieces and
nephews.

Visitation will be Friday beginning at 6 PM until 8 PM at the
funeral home.
