                    Pauline Holstead Penuell

Services for Pauline Holstead Penuell, 84, of Douglas, will be held
at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 18, 1999, in Kilpatrick Funeral Home
Chapel in Ruston. Officiating will be Rev.  Raymond Crofoot.

Interment will be in the Douglas Cemetery in Douglas, under the
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mrs. Penuell died November 16, 1999, in Ruston after a brief
illness.

Survivors include two daughters, Sue Lane McDaniel and Mary Roselyn
Baker, both of Choudrant; two sons, Larry Penuell of Choudrant and
Charles Penuell of Athens; four grandsons and three granddaughters.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 17, 1999, from 5 until 8
p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.
