The Ruston Daily Leader, October 7, 1986
PESNELL
   Mrs. Maggie Ambrose Pesnell, 66 of Ruston, died Monday at Lincoln General 
Hospital following a lengthy illness.
   Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Emmanuel Baptist Church 
in Ruston with the Rev. David Weeks officiating assisted by Rev. Kim Hall.
   Burial will be in the Douglas Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home of Ruston.
   She was a practical nurce, a charter member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
   Survivors include one son, Clyde Pesnell of Ruston, five daughters, Betty 
Pesnell of Choudrant, Frances Baker of Ruston, Wanda Ledford of Choudrant, 
Irene Perritt of Arcadia and Jimmie Pesnell of Ruston; one brother, Charley 
Ambrose of Lake Charles and nine grandchildren.
