                            Rasbury
                      Edith Nugent Rasbury
            born June 12, 1916 died August 21, 1999

 Funeral services for Edith Arma Nugent Rasbury, 83, of Ruston,
will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23, 1999  in the Kilpatrick
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.  Byrd Terry officiating.

 Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery under the direction of
Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

 Mrs. Rasbury died Saturday, August 21, 1999 in Ruston following
a brief illness.

 She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church.  She
was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Rasbury, Sr.

 Survivors include one son, Murray Rasbury and wife Susan of
Ruston; one daughter, Anne Green and husband James of Gulf
Breeze, Fla., four grandchildren, Michael Rasbury of Ruston; Amy
Martin of Ruston; Steve Green of Charlotte, N. C.; and Vicki
Eiland of Duluth, Minn.; five great-grandchildren; two brothers,
Robert Nugent of Grassy Creek, N.C., and Russell Nugent of
Texarkana, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

 The family will receive friends from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. today, Aug.
22, at the funeral home.
