Larry Miller officiation. Burial was in Simsboro Cemetery in Simsboro under the direction of the funeral home. He died Sunday at Alpine Guest Care Center in Ruston after a long illness. A native of Lincoln Parish, Rasburry retired from the maintenance department of Louisiana Tech University. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Ruston and a WWII veteran. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Clarice Andrews of Pineville, one brother, Noel Rasburry of Carthage, Texas, and one brother-in-law, Leroy Defreese of Ruston. Pallbearers will be Earl Nugent, Buster Kees, J. W. Hammett, Ed Orr, Kenneth Salsbury and Kenny Anderson.
