                    Kilpatrick Funeral Home
                           Ruston, LA

CHOUDRANT, LA - Services for Annie Mae Colvin - Stokes, age 82, of Choudrant,
LA, will be 2 PM Saturday, October 23, 1999 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home chapel
with Rev.  Dick Page assisted by Rev. Dwayne Monk officiating.  Interment will
be in New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of
Ruston.

Mrs. Stokes died Thursday, October 21, 1999 In West Monroe, LA following a
lengthy Illness.

Mrs. Stokes was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters: Julia Gayle McCallister of Doyline, LA and
Nancy Haynes and husband Jerry of West Monroe; one brother James L. Colvin of
Jennings, LA, five grandchildren: Doug Burnett, Todd Burnett, Laurie Turner,
Kim Fletcher and David Haynes and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Friday, October 22,1999.
