Officiating will be Rev. Mel Mason. Interment will be in the Highland Memorial Gardens under the direction of George R. Smith and Sons Funeral Home of Jackson, Tenn. Mrs. Wilkinson died August 18, 1999 in the Baptist Retirement Center after a lengthy illness. She lived in Jackson, Tenn., for over 50 years. She was a loving mother, faithful wife, and is precious in the sight of the Lord. Survivors include daughters, JoAnna L. Gray of Ruston and Michal Henry & husband, Chip, of Knightdale, N.C.; grandsons, Rel W. Gray and John Daniel Gray, both of Ruston; granddaughters, Sunny Gray Moon & husband, Will, and Michal Jean Gray Storms & husband, Tyler, of Ruston; great-granddaughter, Mary Tyler Storms; sisters, Virgie Nell Tillman, Jackie Warren & husband, Harvey, of Jackson, Tenn.; a brother, George Morris & wife, Betty, of Jackson, Tenn.; and a beloved cousin, Virginia Askew & husband, Richard, of Jackson, Tenn. Pallbearers will be Richard Askew, Buddy Askew, Allen Morris, Raymond Brasher, Gary Wilkinson, Harold Wilkinson, Sam Warren and Robert Askew. Family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, August 21,1999 at George R. Smith and Sons Funeral Home.
