Whereas: On the 22nd day of April, 1932, the had of Fate snatched from the walks of men one of our constant, regular members and attendants, Sanders Willhite, whose untimely and tragic death cast a gloom over the entire parish and more particularly the community where he had made his home from many years; and Whereas: In the loss of this good man and splendid citizen, his family has sustained and irreplaceable loss, his community a citizen of worth and integrity, and the country as a whole, a man who measured up to the highest standard of citizenship; therefore: Be it resolved that in the death of this loved and lovable man and member our council has sustained a loss that we all fell keenly and that will be hard to fill.
