JOHN HENRY WYATT

Funeral Services for Brother John Henry Wyatt will be held, Wednesday, September 
18, 2013, 10:00 a.m., at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 2586 Martin Luther King, Jr., 
Avenue, Grambling, LA. Rev. Anthony C. Slack, Pastor, officiant.
John was born March 5, 1941 and passed away after a brief illness, September 15, 
2013 at St. Francis hospital in Monroe, Louisiana. After many years of service, 
he retired from the Avoyelles Parish School System. He was preceded in death by 
his father, Patrick Wyatt; mother, Daisy Kidd Wyatt, brother P.H. Wyatt, and 
four sisters, Elmer Coon, Doretha Hicks, Mary Thompson, and Emma Osborne.
John is survived by his wife, Theresa Wyatt; three daughters: Tania L. Monette 
(Tony) and Cheradi Wilson (Jerome) of Nebraska, and Kim Wyatt of Dallas, Texas; 
two sisters: Minnie Grant, and Dorothy Hicks of Chatham, Louisiana; one brother, 
Wilbert Kelley of Ruston, LA. and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, 
cousins, and friends.
