MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OF WILLIAM J. AUTREY TO MIRA MOORE

STATE OF LOUISIANA}
PARISH OF UNION       }   Clerk's Office Third District Court
To any ordained Minister of the Gospel, or to any justice of the Peace,
legally authorized according to law, to  celebrate  MARRIAGES WITHIN THE
SAME PLACE.              GREETINGS  
You are hereby authorized and fully empowered to unite in the Bonds of
Matrimony, and Holy Wedlock, Mr. William J. Autrey and Miss Mira Moore
agreeable to Law and the usual forms and ceremonies of the State of
Louisiana, in the presence of at least three male witnesses, residing
within the said Parish, ;  and that you certify the same, signed by the
parties and the witnesses, with your official signature, and the due
return thereof make to this office within thirty days from this date.

Given under my hand and seal of Office, on this the 24th day of
December  A.D., 1883

I DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That I have, on this day, in pursuance of the
foregoing Licenses, celebrated and solemnized a marriage between Mr.
William J. Autrey and Miss Mira Moore agreeable to the Laws and Customs
of the State of Louisiana.  In faith whereof, I have, together with the
parties , and in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, signed the
present, on  this the 27 day of Dec  A.D., 1883.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

That we, William J. Autrey as principal and Joseph Johnson as security,
we are held and firmly bound unto  THE STATE OF LOUISIANA,  in the sum
of One Hundred Dollars; and for the true and final payment  thereof, we
bind ourselves, our heirs, administrators and assigns.

Signed and dated on this 24th day of December  A.D. 1883
                           THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH

That whereas, a MARRIAGE  is about to take pace between the above bound
William J. Autrey and Miss Mira Moore and if there shall not exist any
legal impediments why the marriage should not take place then the above
obligation to be void; else to remain in full force and virtue,
according to law.

Signed and acknowledged before me, this 24th day of December A.D. 1883.
