That we Huey D. Noles as principal, and the undersigned, as security, are held 
and firmly abound unto ROSS C. NEILL, Clerk, District Court, for the Parish of 
Lincoln, Louisiana, and his successors in office, in the sum of Five Hundred 
Dollars, and for the true and final payment thereof, we bind ourselves, our 
heirs and assigns, firmly and in solido by these presents.
  Dated at Ruston, La., the 22nd day of February A.D. 1946.
  The condition of this obligation is such that whereas, a marriage is about 
to take place between the above bound Mr. Huey D. Noles and Miss Christine 
Stickdorn and if there shall be no legal impediments to the marriage taking 
place, and we certify that no such impediments exist, then the above 
obligation to be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. 
  Signed on date above written, in the presence of the undersigned officer.

Mr. Huey D. Noles being sworn, according to law says: That he is not 
collaterally related to Miss Christine Stickdorn in such degree in which 
marriage is prohibited by Act No. 9, of the legislature of Louisiana, of 
1902.  That his marriage to said Christine Stickdorn is not prohibited by any 
law of the State of Louisiana, that being the State in which he will reside 
after his said marriage, and that the answers above given are true and 
correct.  So help him God.

You are herby authorized and empowered to unite in the bonds of matrimony and 
holy wedlock Mr. Huey D. Noles and Miss Christine Stickdorn both residents of 
the State and Parish aforesaid, and to solemnize and celebrate said marriage 
between said parties according to the laws and customs of this State, and make 
your return hereof as the law directs, and this shall be your authority for so 
doing.  
Given under my hand and seal of office, on this 22nd day of February 1946.
