NEILL, Clerk, District Court, for the Parish of Lincoln, Louisiana, and his successors in office, in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, and for the true and final payment thereof, we bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, firmly and in solido by these presents. Dated at Ruston, La., the 22nd day of February A.D. 1946. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas, a marriage is about to take place between the above bound Mr. Huey D. Noles and Miss Christine Stickdorn and if there shall be no legal impediments to the marriage taking place, and we certify that no such impediments exist, then the above obligation to be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
