NEILL, Clerk, District Court, for the Parish of Lincoln, Louisiana, and his successours in office, in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, and for the true and final payment thereof, we bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, firmy and in solido by these presents. Dated at Ruston,La. this 30th day of November A.D. 1945. The condition of this obligation is such that whereas, a marriage is about to take place between the above abound Mr. Charlie Wright and Miss Gertrude Noles and if there shall be no legal impediments to the marriage taken place, and we certify that no such impediments exsists, then the above obligation to be null and void; other wise to remain in full force and virtue.
