                  Marriage Bond
STATE OF LOUISIANA, Parish of Lincoln}Known All Men by 
These Present:
That we Charlie Wright as principal, and The undersigned, 
as security, are held and firmly bound unto ROSS C. NEILL, 
Clerk, District Court, for the Parish of Lincoln, 
Louisiana, and his successours in office, in the sum of 
Five Hundred Dollars, and for the true and final payment 
thereof, we bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, firmy 
and in solido by these presents.
   Dated at Ruston,La. this 30th day of November A.D. 1945.
   The condition of this obligation is such that whereas,  
   a marriage is about to take place between the above 
   abound Mr. Charlie Wright and Miss Gertrude Noles and if
   there shall be no legal impediments to the marriage 
   taken place, and we certify that no such impediments 
   exsists, then the above obligation to be null and void;
   other wise to remain in full force and virtue. 
      Signed on date above written, in the presence of the 
      undersigned officer.

   Mr. Charlie Wright being sworn, according to law, says: 
That he is not collaterally related to Miss Gertrude Noles 
in such degree in which marriage is prohibited by Act No. 
9, of the legislature of Louisiana, of 1902.  That his 
marriage to said Gertrude Noes is not prohibited by any 
law of the State of Louisiana, that being the State in 
which he will reside after his said marriage, and that the 
answers above given are true and correct.  So help him God.

   Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 30th day of 
November 1945.

Third District Court.} TO ANY ORDAINED MINISTER, JUDGE OR 
JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, GREETING:
     You are hereby authorized and empowered to unite in 
the bonds of matrimony and holy wedlock Mr. Charlie Wright 
and Miss Gertrude Noles both residents of the State and 
Parish aforesaid, and to solemnize and celebrate said 
parties according to laws and customs of this State, and 
make your return hereof as the law directs, and this shall 
be your authority for so doing.
    Given under my hand and seal of office, on this 30th 
day of November 1945.

    I HEREBY CERTIFY that I have on this day in pursuance 
of the foregoing License, celebrated and solemnized a

Noles agreeable to the law and customs of the State of 
Louisiana.
    In faith whereof, I have, together with the parties, 
and in the presence ;of the undersigned witnesses, signed 
these presents on this 1st day of December A.D. 1945.
