Reprinted by permission. Dedicated to the memory of Reuben Cooper and Raymond Riggs. EDEN BAPTIST CHURCH and Eden Church Road are about two miles east of Denham Springs on US Hwy. 190. The road connects the highway with Lockhart Crossing Road. The church was organized in 1871, and Mr. and Mrs. S.S. Dixon donated the land upon which the present church stands.
