MANGUM CHAPEL  This Methodist church is located in Section 9, T6S-R4E on 

Cane River Road.  Its organization on Oct. 30, 1916 was under the leader-

ship of Bishop E.E. Hass and presiding elder H.W. Bowman.  The first 

pastor was Will Mangum.

     The present building was erected in 1962. (1)
