DECLARATION OF INTENTION
(Invalid for all purposes seven years after the date hereof)

State of Louisiana  }        In the 25th Judicial District Court
Parish of Livingston}        of Livingston Parish, Louisiana


I, Alexander Fazekas, aged 57 years, occupation farmer, do 
declare on oath that my personal description is: Color -
white, complexion - ruddy, height - 5 feet 2 inches,
weight - 170 pounds, color of hair -  gray, color of
eyes - brown, other visible distinctive marks - none, was
born in Sventes, Hungary, on the 24th day
of February, anno Domini 1862; I now reside at Albany,
Louisiana.

I emigrated to the United States of America from Sventes, 
Hungary, on the vessel "forget"; my last foreign
residence was Sventes, Hungary.  I am  married; the name
of my wife is Esther Negy; she was born at Tisza Dob, 
Hungary and now resides at Albany, Louisiana.

It is my bona fide intention to renounce forever all allegiance
and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sov-
ereignty, and particularly to Hungary, present government of Hungary,
of whom I am now a subject; I arrived at the port of New York, in the state of
New York, on or about the 11th day of October, anno Domini 1890;
I am not an anarchist; I am not a polygamist nor a believer
in the practice of polygamy; and it is my intention in good
faith to become a citizen of the United States of America
and to permanently reside therein; SO HELP ME GOD.
