Johnson To the Honorable Robert S. Ellis, Judge. The petition of Mrs. Nancy Z. Johnson, widow of Allen A. Johnson, deceased, who resides in your said Parish and State, with respect, represents: I. That her husband, Allen A. Johnson, departed this life at their domicile in your said Parish and State, on the 14th., day of January, 1914, as will appear by affidavit annexed to the petition praying for probate of the last will and testament of said decedent. II. That decedent left Thirteen children issue of his marriage with petitioner, and sole legal heirs of decedent, viz: Joseph Harrison Johnson; Zachariah Johnson and Henry Johnson, the said three above named heirs having attained the age of majority, being over Twenty-one years of age, complete. The remaining Ten children being minors, of name and age following: Tidy Johnson, who is Twenty years of age, Stephen Johnson, who is Eighteen years of age, Pearlie Johnson, who is Sixteen years of age, Otto Johnson, who is Fourteen years of age, Oscar Johnson, who is Twelve years of age, Thelma Johnson, who is Ten years of age, Leslie Johnson, who is Eight years of age, William and Walter Johnson, [Twins] who are Five years of age, And Maud May Johnson, who is Six moths of age; The said above named major and minor children being the sole heirs of decedent, and as such being entitled to inherit his entire estate. III. Petitioner further shows that her said husband left a last will and testament, ande in olographic form, which has been duly probated. On application of petitioner, before this Honorable Court, which said last will and testament purports to make petitioner his universal legatee. IV. Petitioner now shows that she has renounced all of her rights and interest in said Succession purporting to have been bequeathed to petitioner under said last will and testament, in favor of the above named legal heirs, as will appear by authentic act of renunciation hereto annexed and made part of this petition; and that your petitioner desires and claims only the rights and interest in said Succession as given her under the laws of Louisiana, had said decedent died interstate. V. Petitioner further shows that she desires to qualify as Natural Tutrix of the above named minor children, and that it is necessary that an inventory, estimative and descriptive, of the property belonging to said Succession be made. VI. Petitioner further show that it is necessary that and under-tutor be provided for said minors. Wherefore, petitioner prays that the Court do order an inventory of the property belonging to the Succession of said decedent, and to the community which existed between petitioner and her said husband; that two appraisers be appointed to value the said property; and that, in due time, petitioner be permitted to qualify as Natural Tutrix of her minor children, and that at the same time they be provided with an under-tutor; and petitioner further prays for recognition her community rights is said Succession, as established by law. Petitioner further prays for such further orders as may be necessary or proper in the premises, and for general relief.
