Hwy. 16 and Aydell Lane. It follows the dividing section lines of 37 and 38, T8S-R4E, and enters La. Hwy. 42 near the northeast village limit of French Settlement. This lane is named for Mr. Octave Matherne, an early settler of the area. His descendants live on this proerty today. --- Lucille Cooper * * * * *
