PALMER ROAD  This road begins in Section 19, T8S-R5E at the Bayou Barbary

Road and runs in a northwest direction to connect with the Colyell Road 

(La. Hwy. 42) in Section 11, T8S-R4E.  The road is named for the Jeremiah

Palmer family listed in the 1850 Census of Livingston Parish. --- Lucille Cooper
