ALBIN, KEN D.

Ken D. Albin 50 of Livingston Parish died on Sunday. October 3, 2010 at Our 
Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge after a battle with 
cancer.  He was born April 16, 1960 in East Baton Rouge Parish and had resided 
in St. Tammany and Orleans Parishes.  During his life time he was a flight 
attendant with Southwest Airlines, owned First Nations Mortgage LLC, 1st 
Consolidated Lending Corp., Yorkshire Title and Bella Vita Reality.  He was a 
mortgage broker, Notary public, and real estate broker.  H was intelligent 
beyond his years of schooling and everything he put his mind to he 
accomplished.  He loved big family gatherings and loved entertaining everyone 
around.  He was an avid animal lover, his Yorkshire terriers, Buzz and Bodine 
were his children.  He enjoyed life to the fullest and always put others 
before himself.

Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Tuesday, 
October 5, 2010 and resumed in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, Oct 6, 
2010 until the religious services with interment following in Killian Chapel 
Cemetery in Montpelier, LA.

He was survived by his mother, his ex-wife, two sisters and a brother-in-law, 
two brother and sisters-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-
nephews, great-great-nieces and a great-great-nephew.

Preceding him in death was a sister, Catherine Bernice Albin; his father, 
Joseph Daniel “J.D.” Albin; and two nephews, Jason Robin LeBlanc and Lauris 
Wayne Ackerman.
