ARDONNE, WALTER I. JR “BUDDY”

Walter I. “Buddy” Ardonne Jr., 70 of Baton Rouge died Wednesday, Mar 3, 2010 
at Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Bluebonnet after a long battle with 
diabetes.  He was born Aug 18, 1939, and was a native of 
Paincourtville.  “Buddy” had a keen sense of humor and a zest for life.

Visitation was held Saturday, Mar 6, 2010 at St. George Catholic Church in 
Baton Rouge from 9 a.m. until the service at noon.  There was a recitation of 
the Rosary at 11:30 a.m. with entombment in Paincourtville.

Two sons and daughters-in-law, a daughter and son-in-law, six grandchildren, a 
sister and brother-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews survive him.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Walter I. Ardonne Sr., and Marie 
Louise Newchurch Ardonne; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
