BARKER, LILY EVANS ‘NANA’

Lily Evans “Nana” Barker 85 of Walker died at 3:10 pm Monday Jan 11, 2010 at 
The Carpenter House of St. Joseph in Baton Rouge.  She was a native of 
Plymouth, England and was retired from Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge.

Visitation was held on Thursday, Jan 14, 2010 at Seale Funeral Home in Denham 
Springs from noon until the service at 2 pm.  Interment was in Evergreen 
Memorial Park.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, four sons and three daughters-in-
law, nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild, 
as well as a friend and caregiver.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Thomas and Caroline Evans; and a 
sister, Betty Bowen
