Grace Barnett  



Grace Manuel Barnett, 90, of Denham Springs, passed away Friday, Nov. 4, 2011. 
She was a longtime member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and served 
with the Lady’s Altar Society. Grace loved to dance and was always ready to go 
to the beach. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed sharing with her family and 
friends. A dedicated and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and 
great-great-grandmother, she will be missed by all who knew her. 

Recitation of the rosary was at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Sunday. 
Visitation was at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Monday until Mass. 
Burial was in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. 

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Barbara and Ken Eppes, Mark 
Jr. and Diane Barnett, Richard and Claire Barnett, Perry Barnett, and Ann and 
Walter Wells; grandchildren, Todd Jones, David and Dayna Jones, Jeffry 
Barnett, Dr. Cody and Kendra Barnett, Chris Barnett, Tony Barnett, Jennifer 
and Matt Bryant, DeDe and Jonathan Boswell, Melodi and Tony Granite, Sydney 
Barnett, Marshall and Carol Eppes and Trey and Tina Eppes; great-
grandchildren, London, Alec, Emma, Chris, Austin, Kwinton, Kirkland, Graci, 
Brennan, Easton, Megan, Mia, Mason and Isabella; and great-great-
granddaughter, McKenzie. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mark Barnett Sr.  

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation,
