BARNETT, JERALD DOUGLAS “J.D.” SR

Jerald Douglas “J.D.” Barnett Sr., 76 of Central died at Lane Regional Center 
in Zachary on Thursday, May 28, 2009.  He was a native of Denham Springs and a 
veteran of the US Marines having served in the Korean War.

Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Saturday, May 
30, 2009 until the service with interment in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery. 

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, two sons and a daughter-in-law, three 
grandsons, a granddaughter and grandson-in-law, two sisters and a brother-in-
law, three brothers and two sisters-in-law.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Paul T. Sr. and Carrie Mae Tyler 
Barnett.
