Felix James Bennett, 64 of Albany, died Wednesday May 6, 1987, at his residence

Religious services were today at James Chapel UMC, Holden, at 11 AM.  Burial 
was in the church cemetery.  Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home, Hammond, was 
in charge of the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Calla Mae Davis Bennett, Independence, His mother 
Eva Gordon, Albany; Three daughters, Mrs Betty J. Dolan, Metairie; Eva 
Bennett, Albany and Mrs Bessie Reid, Pumpkin Center; four sons, Martin James 
Bennett of Ferris TX; Michael Bennett of Tickfaw; Eddie and Randy Bennett, 
both of Albany; Two sisters, Irene Wisby of DeRidder; and Viley Drawbough of 
Ada Oklahoma; and nine grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his father, James Martin Bennett, and one sister, Loretta 
of Ada Okla.
