He was a native of Anacoco and a longtime resident of Baton Rouge. He was born March 3, 1933 and graduated from Lake Charles High School. He later joined the Navy. While stationed at the Pensacola, FL Navel Station, he met his wife, Bettie of Milton FL and they married on April 15, 1955. Glenn and Bettie had four children and moved to Baton Rouge in the early 1960s. In the early 1970s Glenn a partner started a successful business. In 1981 his wife Bettie was killed in an automobile accident. He then married Della Griffin Henderson of Denham Springs. Upon retirement he and Della moved to New Hampshire and enjoyed life in Wolfeboro on Lake Winnipesauke until Della passed away from lung cancer in 2004. A graveside service was held on Saturday, Oct 10, 2009 at 1 pm in Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge. Two daughters and a son -in-law, two sons and a daughter-in-law, a stepdaughter and son-in-law, a stepson, a sister-in-law and her husband, and thirteen grandchildren survive him.
