BENNETT, ALMA TOWNLEY

Alma T. Bennett 80 of Oakdale Mississippi died Oct 26, 2009 at West Jefferson 
Hospital in Marrero.  She was born on May 8, 1929 and a member of Northside 
Baptist Church.  Alma was a retired employee of South Central Bell with 18 
years of service.

Visitation and funeral services were held at Northside Baptist Church with 
interment in Resthaven Cemetery.  Services were under the direction of Rush 
Funeral Services, Oakdale MS.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law; two daughters and sons-in-
law; five brothers; three sisters; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-
grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Charlie and Elsie Townley and a 
sister, Yvonne Townley
