She was a native of Bayou Pigeon. Visitation was held at Wilbert Funeral Home in Plaquemine on Monday, Dec 20, 2010 until the Mass of Christian Burial with interment following in Grace Memorial Park in Plaquemine. She is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, three sons and two daughters-in-law, two sisters, two brothers and a sister-in-law, 24 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death was her husband, William “W.A.” Albert Carlin; her parents, Lloyd and Ida Landry Carline; a daughter, Dorothy Young; a son-in- law, Monroe Settoon Jr.; a sister, Effie Hebert; and a brother, Joseph “Son” Carline.
