CARPENTER, EULA “LEA” OTT

Eula “Lea” Ott Carpenter, 71 of St. Amant died Wednesday, May 27, 2009.  She 
was a retired server with Browns Lunches and Casino Catering and she was a 
native of Watson.

Visitation was held at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Friday, May 29, 2009 
and resumed on Saturday from 9 am until the religious services at New River 
Baptist Church in St. Amant with interment in New River Baptist Church 
Cemetery.

Three daughters and two sons-in-law, four stepdaughters and two stepsons-in-
law, a son and daughter-in-law, a brother, 25 grandchildren, and numerous 
great-grandchildren survive her. 

Preceding her in death was her husband, George J. Carpenter; and her father 
and mother, James Stanley and Georgia Amelia Kerr Ott
