CHANDLER, DR. CLARENCE WILLIAM “BILLY”

Dr. Clarence William “Billy” Chandler 62 died Tuesday Dec 15, 2009 in Erie 
PA.  He was a native of Baton Rouge and a Communication Professor at Edinboro 
University in PA for 15 years.  He was also the advisor for WFSE FM Campus 
Radio station from 1994 until 2001.

A graveside service was held on Monday, Dec 27, 2009 at Salem Cemetery in 
Walker.

A sister, and a brother and sister-in-law survive him.

Preceding him in death was his parents, Clarence Caston and Stella Mae Clark 
Chandler; and a brother, Theodore Chandler.

Seale Funeral Home of Denham Springs in charge of arrangements.
