He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 52nd Aviation Regiment, Task Force 49, Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. He enjoyed fishing and playing video games. He was a 2007 graduate of Denham Springs High School. Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home on Monday, Sept 28, 2009 and on Tuesday, Sept 29, 2009 until religious services at 10 am with interment in Denham Springs Memorial Cemetery with full military honors. He is survived by his wife, 6-month-old daughter, his parents, three sisters, a brother, his father- and mother-in-law, a brother-in-law, a special friend, and personal friends. Preceding him in death was an uncle, Travis Rhodes Additional Comments: His wife would like everyone to not only remember that he died serving his country, but to also remember the fun loving, make-the-best-out-of-any- situation, happy go lucky guy that he was, and that he truly loved children and fatherhood. In his short life he achieved his dreams and died a very happy husband, father, and soldier.
