CREEL, RUSSELL J. “RUSTY”

Russell J. "Rusty" Creel 57 of Zachary died at Lane Regional Medical Center, 
Zachary, on Friday, May 1, 2009. He was a resident of Zachary and a former 
resident of Bogalusa.  He was a carpenter and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a 
lifetime member of Franklinton Post 7196, Veterans of Foreign Wars.

A graveside service will be held at Port Hudson National Cemetery, at 11 a.m. 
Thursday, May 7, 2009. 

He is survived by his son, a sister, a brother, numerous nieces, nephews, 
aunts, uncles and cousins; and extended "adopted" family. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos and Inez Ball Creel; and 
brother, Dennis Creel. 

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Franklinton Post 7196, 
VFW in Franklinton, LA.
