Bonnie Helen Mock Dalton, 79, of Baton Rouge, died Friday evening, Dec. 26, 2008, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Dalton was raised in Kentland, Ind., and resided there until her marriage to her husband, also of the Kentland area. They lived briefly in Colorado prior to making Baton Rouge their home for the past 27 years. Bonnie was past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star Mystic Chapter 108 in Denham Springs as well as the Baton Rouge Court 4 of the Order of the Amaranth as well as being a devoted committee member and member of the choir at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church on Old Hammond Highway. Visitation was at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church, Old Hammond Highway, on Saturday from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m., followed by Eastern Star and Amaranth services. Bonnie is survived by her husband of 36 years, a son, two stepdaughters;; three grandsons, and a special great-granddaughter, a first cousin, who was raised as Bonnie's sister, as well as her cousin’s two sons and their spouses and three sons.
