HAZELWOOD, DAVID WAYNE

David Wayne Hazelwood 58 died Thursday Dec 17, 2009 in Waverly TN.  He was a 
veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the US Marine Corps.  Mr. Hazelwood 
was employed with Soll’s Appliance in Dickerson TN as a heating and air 
conditioning technician.  He was a member of the Faithful World Outreach in 
Waverly TN.

A memorial service was held Monday, Dec 21, 2009 at Faithful World Outreach in 
Waverly TN.

His wife, a son, two daughters, six sisters, five grandchildren, and several 
nieces and nephews survive him.

Preceding him in death was his mother, Evelyn Ellis Hazelwood; his father, 
Clarence J. Hazelwood; a brother, James A. Hazelwood; two sisters, Flora 
Brashear, and Betty Perkins; an aunt, Erma Hazelwood Greene; and an uncle, 
Avery Dean Hazelwood.

Luff-Bowen Funeral Home of Waverly TN was in charge of arrangements.
