He was employed by Louisiana State Penitentiary as a radiological technologist and was known lovingly as “X-Ray Dude”. He was an avid LSU fan, and loved to travel. Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home on Sunday, August 22, 2010 and resumed on Monday, August 23, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs until the funeral services followed by entombment in Evergreen Mausoleum. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, three grandchildren, a granddaughter-in-law, and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived his second wife, two stepchildren and their spouses, three step-grandchildren, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, three brothers and two sister-in-law, a sister and brother-in-law, a sister-in-law and her husband, a brother-in-law and his wife, and numerous nieces and nephews.
