Marie Inez Greer Jenkins, a resident of Walker, passed away on Saturday, Nov 29, 2008 at her home in Walker. She was 82 and a native of Tylertown, Miss. Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Monday, Dec 1, 2008, and resumed at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday until services, conducted by the Rev. Terry Booth. Burial was in Amite Baptist Church Cemetery, Denham Springs. She is survived by her husband of 61 years; 2 daughters and a son; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents Hosey and Ethel Greer, a son Timothy Greer Jenkins, two brothers, Gilbert and Preston Greer.
