JONES, DORIS ELVINA PURVIS

Doris Elvina Purvis Jones 84 of Walker died Wednesday, Dec 23, 2009 at Ochsner 
Medical Center in Baton Rouge.  She was a native of Holden.

Visitation was held on Sunday, Dec 27, 2009 at Geisler Funeral Home in Albany 
and resumed on Monday Dec 28, 2009 until religious services with interment in 
Bankston Cemetery North of Albany.

Five sons and a daughter-in-law, a daughter, a brother, 25 grandchildren, and 
38 great-grandchildren survive her.

Preceding her in death was her husband Arthur E. Jones, Sr.; two sisters; 
three brothers; and her parents
