KENNEDY, LELA MARIE BOUDREAUX

"I came to the end of my road and the sun has set for me. This is a journey we 
all must take. It's all a part of the Master's plan." 

Lela Marie Boudreaux Kennedy 81 died Wednesday Jan 28, 2009 at her home  in 
Holden.  She was born May 7, 1927 in Gonzales.

Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston, Friday Jan 30, 2009 and on 
Saturday Jan 31, 2009 from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m., with interment  
in New Red Oak Cemetery, Livingston. 

Lela is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, two grandchildren, a 
loving and devoted daughter, who was also her caretaker; a granddaughter and 
grandson-in-law, a great-granddaughter, a grandson, a friend and caretaker, 
whom she thought of as a daughter, and her husband, and their children to whom 
Lela was "Maw Maw," three sisters, and brother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Kennedy; son, Aubrey Kennedy; 
and brother, Wilfred Boudreaux. We will always remember Lela's special smile 
and caring heart. There will never be another to replace her in our hearts and 
the love we will always have for her. T
