Jake’s kindhearted demeanor and passion for life will be greatly missed. He touched so many lives and will live forever within our hearts. His unconditional love for his family, LSU and golf was abundant. Jake was a loyal employ of Gallo Winery of Louisiana for 11 years and also served in the Army National Guard. Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 and resumed on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs until the funeral services with interment in Evergreen Memorial Park in Denham Springs. His wife of 11 years, two children, his father, a sister and brother-in-law, a brother, a niece, four nephews, his mother- and father-in-law, and a brother-in-law and a sister-in-law survives him. Preceding him in death was his mother, Jo-Anne Stafford Kiger.
