KINCHEN, URBAN “BOOBY” SIR KNIGHT.

Mr. Urban "Booby" Kinchen, Sir Knight, 77, a resident of Springfield, died 
Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. He was born on 
Wednesday, March 25, 1931, in Springfield, son of the late Vernon Kinchen and 
the late Hazel Jenkins. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. 

Visitation was held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula on 
Sunday Dec 28, 2008 with Mass of Christian Burial held at St. Margaret Queen 
of Scotland Catholic Church on Monday Dec 29, 2008 with interment following in 
Springfield Cemetery in Springfield.

Surviving are his wife, a son and son-in-law, son and daughter-in- law, five 
grandchildren, six siblings; and four great-grandchildren.

His five siblings and his son-in-law, Frances McBride, preceded him in death. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Springfield Cemetery 
Perpetual Care Fund.
