The Livingston Parish News - 26 Aug 2012
A resident of Denham Springs, Eva McAlister Lott died on Tuesday, August 21,
2012, at Colonial Retirement Center in Baton Rouge. She was 67. 

Visitation was held Friday at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs. Brother Benny
Jones conducted religious services in the funeral home chapel. Burial followed
in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. 

She is survived by three sons, two daughters, brother, 14 grandchildren, and
several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lott; parents, Redus and Lula
McAlister; two brothers; Leon McAlister of Albany, MacArthur "Buddy" McAlister
of Denham Springs; and six sisters, Gracie, Myrnell, Bessie M. Gordon, Lois
Catalonatta, Julia Pearline McAlister, and Katie McAlister
