Gregory Manuel Sr. 
 
Gregory “Greg” Manuel Sr. passed away Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, in Baton 
Rouge. A native of Kinder and a resident of Prairieville, he was 49 and a sign 
crafter for Jones Signs LLC. 

Visitation was at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Highway, Gonzales, on 
Sunday and Monday. Mass of Christian Burial followed at St. John The 
Evangelist Catholic Church, Prairieville, celebrated by the Rev. Sylvester 
Minj. Graveside services followed at St. Ann’s Cemetery in Elton. 

He is survived by his wife, a daughter and son-in-law, three sons, three 
sisters, three brothers, and five grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Isom and Mercendes Marie Fontenot 
Manuel. 

Ourso Funeral Home-Gonzales is in charge of arrangements
